Bikram Mishra, Chief Ghost Officer, CGO, Founder
Bikram, or “Bik” as many call him, is a Colorado native with over 35 years of business experience in the Denver Metro Area. He holds four university degrees, three of which are from Colorado’s own Adams State University in Alamosa, where he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business for undergraduate courses. His academic credentials include an MBA in Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, and an Associate of Science.
With 16 years of leadership and management experience, as well as over 35 years in small business start-up and management, Bikram has amassed a wealth of knowledge. His various certifications, including one in customer communications and management, further enhance his expertise. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to travel the world, assisting family and friends in building their businesses.

He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and has been a two-time TEDx presenter in Winter Park, Florida. Additionally, he contributes to his community by speaking and teaching in correctional facilities, engaging with incarcerated youth, women, and men.
When asked about his greatest accomplishments, Bikram humbly downplays his extensive credentials. He emphasizes that his true achievements lie in the character, personality, and outlook on life he has forged through overcoming personal challenges. He uses these experiences to give back to his communities, believing that without this purpose, he would be nothing. He credits these qualities—attributes accessible to anyone—as the foundation for his current and future successes.
In addition to his teaching role at Adams State University, Bikram holds various positions with firms across multiple industries, including the non-profit sector.
